1. Intellectual Property

• The name Pashm-e-Chinar, the Chinar leaf logo, and all original website designs are the property of Toosh Kashmir.
• All website code and branding were developed by Zayed Munir.
• You may not use our images or branding for commercial purposes without our written consent.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We strive to display the colours and textures of our Kashmiri shawls and abayas as accurately as possible.
• Because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in weave or embroidery are part of the product’s unique character.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a pricing error on the site.

3. International Shipping & Customs

• We use Shiprocket & Blue Dart to manage our global logistics from Kashmir.
• Crucial: Any import duties, VAT, or local customs fees in the destination country (e.g., the UAE) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

4. Secure Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• We do not store your sensitive financial data on our servers.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

5. Age of Consent

• By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your place of residence.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
